Title: SAP Developer - Winchester ERP
Location: Clayton, MO
Additional locations may include East Alton, IL
Salary: $85,000 - $128,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Focus: The SAP Developer is responsible for custom development in the SAP solution, in support of business processes for the Winchester organization. Responsibilities include analysis, design, configuration, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support using Advanced Business Application Programming ("ABAP") as core technology but expanding across all available technologies in the SAP stack. Will function as the technical expert, interfacing will all levels of business users.
SAP Developer Essential Job Functions: Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests on SAP platform using latest available technologyDevelop detailed technical specifications for SAP functionality; Develop, test, and implement custom solutionsCreate a roadmap for Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow ("RICEFW") reduction/creation of clean coreLead strategic initiatives for application interfacesOptimize and enhance existing SAP applications; Assist in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations SAP Developer Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering disciplines preferredMinimum of 5 years of SAP development experience; 7 years' experience preferredCompleted a minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including cutover preparation, go live support, and post-go live hyper careProficiency in ABAP programming language Strong familiarity with the latest SAP technologies and best practicesExperience with integration platforms; SAP Integration Suite preferred System integrations experience with end-to-end business processes such as Blue Yonder WMS, SAP Commerce, and Sales Force CRM
