Work You'll Do Lead and manage SAP development teams to deliver high-quality solutions across SAP modules (such as S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, ABAP, and integration platforms).Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom enhancements, interfaces, and reports to meet business requirements.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Manage project deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for SAP development initiatives.
