Role Overview:
This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the SAP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in SAP security implementation.
What You Will Do:
Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, and organization-wide deployment.Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.Lead the development & implementation of tools such as NextLabs, Pathlock, Onapsis. Creation of test scripts around data masking, entitlements, access roles, generating SAP alerts and SIEM integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.Administer and maintain technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.Creation of documentation, SAP security policies and procedures.Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.Experience applying SAP security features and best practices.Understanding the concept of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within SAP Landscape.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.Must be willing and able to travel 25-50% of the timeQualifications We Prefer:
