Job Summary:


We are seeking a Early Career Professional - Project Manager who will assist our most experienced project managers in coordinating and managing various projects. This individual will have the opportunity to learn and develop their project management skills with hands-on experience while working closely with seasoned professionals in the field.

 

What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP Early Career Talent - Project Manager

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)  

Expected start date: December 2024

Contract Duration: 2 Years

Schedule: 40 HR/Week 

 

Responsibilities:


1. Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities under the guidance of senior project managers.
2. Monitor project timelines and milestones, and report progress to the project team.
3. Monitor Budget/spend under the guidance of senior project managers.
4. Provides Administrative Support
5. Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental / functional guidelines and practices
6. Attend project meetings, take notes, and assist in preparing meeting agendas and documentation.
7. Aid in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
8. Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets

 

Qualifications:


1. Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date) of relevant field such as business, engineering, or project management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior project managers.
6. Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards professional development and growth.
