Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery. Work you'll do/Responsibilities Lead the SAP EWM AMS team from onshore. Handle ServiceNow high complex issues. Report on weekly improvement in EWM track. Collaborate with Client leads to prioritize / resolve break-fixes, enhancements. Help groom the new team members in EWM. Work on Functional Specifications for incremental enhancements. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.
