Responsibilities: * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for outbound operations, ensuring that outbound warehouse processes are designed and configured effectively in EWM. * Focus on processes such as order picking, packing, shipping, and transportation. * Configure EWM to manage outbound processes like sales order picking, packing, shipment creation, and delivery management. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to outbound operations. * Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, transportation) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Deep knowledge of outbound warehouse operations and processes. * Expertise in configuring SAP EWM for efficient outbound logistics. * Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Problem-solving ability for issues related to order picking, packing, and delivery.
