WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Under general direction, SAP TM Senior Functional Analyst will formulate and define specialized SAP solutions with an understanding of application systems and industry requirements. This job is specific to certain SAP modules including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management and Logistics (TMS), and supports the Residential or Commercial platform.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system capacity, limitations, and desired results. Performs business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle. Responsible for defining detailed requirements, analyzing business needs and validating solutions with the client. May evaluate requirements documented by others. Modifies, maintains, and updates complex ERP configuration and program routines.May solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects. Serves as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications.Educates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules or other applications. Defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the ERP System or other applications.Monitors other business analysts in software development methods, processes and implementation of those methods. Provides mentoring and direction to team members and is a key contributor. May manage projects with medium budgets or of an intermediate duration. Responsible for managing project plan, scope, risk, and resources. May act as team leader for medium size project teams. May participate in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking. May contribute to multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate ROI.

QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
5+ years of Functional experience in SAP Transportation Management with min 1 to 2 end to end implementations on S/4 HANA Possess solid knowledge in SAP TM Master Data including Business Partner, Dangerous Goods transportation network such as Locations, Routes, Zones and resources vehicles, Trailers, HU etc Hands on experience in OTR (order based) & DTR (delivery based) processes, including Selection, Planning profiles, Condition’s optimizer planning and scheduling, Freight Execution Carrier selection, Tendering and cost distribution Strong hands on experience in SAP TM Charge Management includes Rate Tables, Scales, Calculation Sheets, Freight Agreements Strong hands on experience integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP EWM, Freight Collaboration, SAP LBN, Project 44 and other third-party software such as PC Miler, SMC3 etc Nice to have SAP LBN hands on experience especially Dock Appointment Scheduling Nice to have knowledge on ABAP Development, Debugging, custom objects such as BADI, functional modules, ALV Reports etc Candidate should have experience working with business to understand their requirements Must have good communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
