The project is predominantly SAP based (SAP ERP FI), but has many interfaces and/or workflow dependencies to non-SAP solutions. The aim of the project is to customise and document the existing ERP systems in order to enable a subsequent transition to S4 technology.

Task description:
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are performed independently: Independently interviewing the Business Application Owners (contact matrix of Uniper stakeholders (BAOs) will be provided after signing the contract (#GDPR, #NDA) in weekly remote meetings with the aim of collecting and documenting their functional requirements in the area of SAP Finance and SD (incl. SAP modules/solutions such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Bank, Invoice Verification Workflow, Self-Billing, Vendor MD, PS) based on own knowledge and experience Provide technical advice to the Business Application Owner based on own experience and expertise regarding the best approach to implement the technical requirements taking into account the collected information Carrying out a quality review of the functional requirements on the basis of your own technical assessment and providing the business application owner with appropriate feedback (confirmation of quality or request to correct gaps)Analysis of the technical requirements and estimation of the complexity of the implementation (time, effort, required skills) based on own evaluation and expertise
Creation of decision templates based on all steps of the requirements analysis and presentation to FinTec Solutions Management (online meeting) for approval Reviewing the status/progress of the implementation of the technical requirements developed by external service providers based on own expertise on a fortnightly basis, preparing a report including the results and presentation to the FinTec Solutions Manager (online meeting) for approval Definition of an implementation proposal (schedule, scope) and independent implementation of the technical requirements in the SAP environment based on the approved (by FinTec Solutions Manager) implementation schedule and scope
