You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Lead the overall involvement in an end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, acting as a client-facing solution architect
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges with the client teams and key stakeholders
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, solution application requirement and performance measurements
Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectively
Conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
Lead change for large scale multi-site S/4HANA Implementation and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organisational restructurings; organisational capabilities development
Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
Support and pursuit team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.

Preferred skills
Roles/Responsibilities:
Involvement in solution architect, planning, leading and executing SAP S/4HANA Implementation / Rollout / Upgrade / Development / Support activities in SAP Finance & Controlling.
Ability to configure S/4HANA Finance & Controlling conforming to the Client's standards & requirements and integrate it with other S/4HANA modules and SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, MDM, PI, BW.
Experience in integration with SAP Project System, SAP MM and SAP SD
Secondary skill include: Project Costing, Project Result Analysis and Settlement, product costing, COPA, or material ledger
Strong capability in business process, configuration, functional specification development, custom object unit test and system integration testing.
Take ownership in driving innovations, developing relevant knowledge assets (solution add-ons, tools, templates and accelerators) and drive process improvements within the PwC SAP team to enhance our value proposition to solve important problems for our clients and society
Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.
Support SAP capability leader in go-to-market initiatives to enhance brand awareness, build pipeline and forge alliances with SAP and complementary solution suites.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Sound understanding of FICO process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in S/4HANA and its best practices
Exposure to ASAP implementation methodologies or any Accelerated methodologies for quick wins
Know-how in design & blueprinting, configuration, functional Specification, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, authorisation, data migration and cutover
Deep client engagement skills (requirements gathering, workshops).
Strong Project Management skills and experience
Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.
Prerequisite:
Over 10 years’ experience in SAP Finance & Controlling module with minimum 6 to 7 full cycle implementation experience of mid to high complexity.
Excellent as a client facing solution architect with strong interactions, leading & driving client workshop, design & blueprinting, configuration, system build, training and cutover
Provide know-how and subject matter expertise with senior stakeholders management experience
Team lead experience, having led team of SAP FICO consultants
Added Advantage:
Prior Real Estate, Construction, Property Development or Plantation industry experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to lead in RFI/RFP response preparation
