The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking an SAP Employee Labor functional professional to join our fast-paced, growing SAP practice that provides implementation, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to our government client. CACI is seeking candidates with SAP federal Labor experience to support our government client to work in either our Reston, Virginia or Denver, Colorado office.

Responsibilities:


• Defect Resolution including documentation, configuration, and testing.
• End User Support.
• System Enhancements including documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Status Reporting on a weekly basis.
• Serve as SAP functional expert on the business process team with primary focus in Labor.
• Troubleshoot production issues in Labor.
• Play a lead role in the successful deployment of new or modified RICEF objects assigned to the position including but not limited to FDS development, TDS review, unit test case development/review, integration test case development, batch job testing, etc. 
• Participate in Blueprint workshops to assess existing module functionality and perform gap analysis to identify new development or configuration changes.
• Provide end user helpdesk support in the production environment.
• Author change requests as needed for either break-fix or enhancements in a production environment including documenting change requests, testing and migrating the change through the landscape.
• Analyze and decompose complex business requirements.
• Architect solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on new and emerging SAP technologies and the alignment to customer’s strategic and near-term roadmaps and plans.
• Provide scope and effort assessments for all maintenance and enhancement change requests.
• Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications related to federal labor (e.g., SAP, QuickTime, Federal Personnel and Payroll System (FPPS)).
• Support and enhance several interfaces with FPPS and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
• Configure and test the functionality of the product according to the requirement specifications.
• Develop training materials for end users.
• Provide Level 2 support of reported incidents.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Experience configuring the SAP Labor Management module and associated transactions (FI, CO, FM, HR) to handle labor tracking, time recording, and payroll processing and in integrating the government payroll systems with SAP, including customized interfaces resulting in FI postings and managing the obligation of labor funds, including budget allocation, commitment management, and fund availability control. 
• Experience developing requirements and specifications for enhancements to SAP and interfaces between SAP and government payroll systems.
• Experience supporting training and testing, to include staging data, unit testing and regression testing. Experience in evaluating external/feeder system changes and impacts to existing interfaces, analyzing and resolving processing and posting issues. 
• Experience providing help desk support to system users.
• 8 years of SAP experience.
• Ability to obtain NACI Public trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.


Desired:


• Experience with SAP’s Public Sector Management (U.S. Federal Government) preferred. 
• Experience with the Federal Personnel/Payroll System (FPPS) preferred.
• S4HANA for Public Sector experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience with S4HANA preferred.
• Data analytics (BOBJ, Tableau) experience preferred.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
