We are seeking an experienced **SAP Functional & Configuration Expert** to support and optimize **SAP intercompany processes** , with a background in **manufacturing and supply chain management** . This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP solutions across multiple business units, ensuring seamless intercompany transactions and end-to-end process efficiency.
**Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!**
**SAP Functional & Configuration**
+ Configure and support **SAP intercompany processes** across SAP S/4 and ECC systems.
+ Design and implement solutions for **order-to-cash (O2C) and manufacturing integration** within intercompany operations.
+ Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements for **pricing, billing, taxation, and inventory movements** related to intercompany transactions.
+ Develop requirements for **SAP EDI and IDoc** integrations for intercompany orders, invoices, and shipments.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to streamline **supply chain planning, production scheduling, and procurement** in an intercompany environment.
**Project Implementation & Continuous Improvement**
+ Lead **SAP intercompany projects** including new implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
+ Drive **process improvements, automation, and standardization** within manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
+ Develop and execute **test scripts, UAT, and cutover plans** for SAP changes.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define **best practices and governance** for intercompany transactions.
**Support & Training**
+ Provide **L2/L3 support** for SAP functional issues related to intercompany activities.
+ Train business users and key stakeholders on **SAP intercompany, manufacturing, and supply chain** processes.
+ Document functional designs, configuration guides, and user training materials.
**Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Equivalent experience is more preferrable.
+ **5+ years** of experience in **SAP functional consulting and configuration** (SD, MM preferred).
+ Proven experience in **SAP intercompany processes** including order processing, billing, invoicing, and logistics.
+ Strong understanding of **manufacturing processes (BOMs, routings, MRP) and supply chain planning (ATP, demand planning, warehouse management)** .
+ Knowledge of **SAP integration tools** (IDocs, EDI, APIs) for intercompany transactions.
+ Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA** is a plus.
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Experience working in **global, multi-company SAP environments** is highly desirable.
**Preferred Certifications**
+ SAP S/4HANA or ECC certification in **SD or MM** .
