Who we’re looking for 

Toyota’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated SAP Functional Sr. Analyst – Order-to-Cash.

  

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver ERP Business Process Knowledge and SAP Expertise that enables the business community to make timely and efficient business and priority decisions.

Reporting to the Manager, SAP Delivery & Operations, the person in this role will support the Business Technology Platform (BTP) department's objective to lead the resolution of incidents related to SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


What you’ll be doing 

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current conditions, identify and prioritize business requirements, as well as improvements opportunities

Design and implementation of new complex sales process flows, containing intercompany transactions from end-to-end, that include pricing, delivery, billing, account payable and accounts receivable to fulfill internal and external customer demands

Work closely with senior functional product owners to analyze, re-design and implement processes where applicable in current new intricate sales process flows to ensure smooth financial month end reconciliations and closure with repeatable and sustainable processes

Responsible for continuous improvements on existing standard and custom development objects related to Interfaces, Report, Conversions, Forms and Enhancements

Configure SAP SD modules as well as understand integration points with FICO, MM, PP to troubleshoot any gaps during projects

Collaborate in effective troubleshooting of current and future functionality in a production support environment to support business users

Manage and leads implementation of functionality that may include other product owners and functionalities in SAP

Apply strong knowledge of financial integration with Sales

What you bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Accounting or equivalent degree.

Hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) preferably in S4HANA versions 1709 or higher with Fiori UI5 experience.

Project management experience working cross-functionally with other teams

Experience troubleshooting and debugging SAP integrated applications

Experience in configuration, customizing and testing of production execution functionality such as SD, AR, FI, Master Data and Profitability/Sales/Accounting Reporting

Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies

Added bonus if you have

Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Sciences, or Management

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

SAP Certification

Experience with implementations and/or upgrades in the Sales & Distribution / Order-to-Cash (SD/OTC) area
