Tasks:

Leading SPL and export control process automation initiatives and increasing process efficiencies within the global foreign trade organizationBeing the interface between foreign trade governance user departments and central process IT development team, e.g. process owner and manager and developerLeading & coordinating the deploy of solutions within GTSCoordination of tests, trainings, migration and go-live preparation including post go-live support and defect resolution/process adjustment/ improvement

Qualifications

Profile:

University Degree/BE/CA/CMA/BE/ Master Diploma in Business, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, IT or a similar domainExperience and good knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into SD/MM/FIExperience working in global projects or involvement in strategic digital transformation projects similar to S/4 HANA is a plusProcess management experience in foreign trade and IT know-howPassion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people, passion for easy-to-use software solution in GTS and third party softwareBroader process understanding (E2E process thinking)Fluent in English (spoken and written), German would be considered as an assetStrong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliableTarget oriented, well organized, willingness to take user perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in detailsWillingness to travel
