Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-depth functional analysis and requirements gathering to configure SAP modules effectively.Develop comprehensive functional specifications, data mappings, and configuration tables to align with business needs.Coordinate projects across teams, ensuring seamless integration of solutions.Understand and analyze business processes to design and implement efficient solutions for HR functions.Provide expertise in SAP HCM HR modules (OM/PA, eCareer, EHS), ensuring system configurations align with organizational goals.Manage the lifecycle of development projects from conception to production deployment.Utilize Agile tools like VersionOne and IT service management platforms like ServiceNow to manage workflows.

Required:

SAP certifications in PA, PO, and/or HCM desirable to validate technical expertise.Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA preferred for advanced SAP solutions.Minimum of 3-5 years as an SAP/HCM Configurer with hands-on experience in module configuration and testing.A four-year degree in the applicable field is preferred. (Without a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required.)
