Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:
Support the HR IT teams by changing and uploading data into SAP HR systems;Support the implementation of new requirements in SAP HR systems derived from S4HR projects;Participation in the development of new concepts in the SAP S/4 HANA environment for the use of relevant HR processes and master data and their integration in a future HR-IT landscape;Participation in various project phases and processing of relevant HR-IT topics and work packages;Support the project management coordination with all relevant stakeholders;Support the preparation and implementation of rollout deploys within S4HR projects.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: University Degree in business administration, (business) informatics or another relevant area;Experience: Experience in project management, specially in HR-IT system landscape (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ...), through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure. Operational experience with SAP HR systems including introduction of processes and/or master data models. Also, experience and knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA environment would be an advantage;Knowledge: Very good knowledge of agile working methods and tools as well as MS-Office tools;Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset;Personality: Openness, high flexibility, proactiveness, independent and structured way of working.
