Job DescriptionDo you want to be responsible for the implementation of IT solutions in strategic projects for HR automation, being a part of the HR Digitization program at Bosch?
We are looking for someone who will enable us to shape Bosch’s future, being a part of a global development team, optimizing the existing Bosch HCM IT landscape by the development and operation of the Bosch AI for HR and smart assistants.
You will be part of our IT department located in Lisbon and included in a dynamic and international team that belongs to our central department in Germany. On this journey, you will be responsible for end-to-end accountability for HR provisioning of IT solutions, services, and products. You will oversee portfolio planning and IT costs, drive strategic developments in HR IT, serve as the primary contact for new solutions/products, collaborate with regional solutions teams, and take the lead in studying and consulting within projects.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Accountability:
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT projects, services, and products provided to HR.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality between SAP HCM and HR systems and platforms.
Project Planning and IT Costs:
• Develop and maintain IT project plans aligned with HR objectives and organizational goals.
• Monitor and control IT costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget utilization.
Strategic Development for SAP HCM:
• Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance SAP HCM capabilities and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for evaluating, defining, and implementing new SAP HCM localizations and carve-outs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with SAP HCM requirements and objectives.
• Provide expert consulting services to project teams and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for optimal outcomes.
Collaboration with Regional Solutions Teams:
• Collaborate closely with regional solutions teams to align IT initiatives with local HR needs and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices exchange across regions.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field.Alternatively, equivalent professional education combined with profound knowledge of SAP HCM.Experience:
Proven experience in project management within SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, PT, ESS/MSS, and role management.Over 5 years of professional experience in software development and implementation.Know-How:
Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and its key functionalities.In-depth understanding of software development and implementation processes.Languages:
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.Knowledge of German is an optional plus.Working Style and Methods:
