With a competitive total rewards package, continuing education and training, and tremendous potential with a growing global organization, Strada is the perfect place to put your passion to work. **Role** SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant **Responsibilities** In addition to the tasks common to all Strada employees, the specific tasks for this position are: + Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP shared platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service + Has knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR: PA, PY, PT. + Proven payroll experience along with deep knowledge in PY schema configuration. + Plans the parametrization and define business based on the taking of requirements + Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements + Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application + Monitors HRSP implementation and performs customization required based on legal changes + Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements + Provides training on those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledge + Detects potential risks + Encourages the education of the people in the team + Has a global view of the application from the functional point of view + Having a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledge + Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production) + Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country + Able to take decisions autonomously + Business analysis concerning the area of human resources and payroll + Preparation the specifications of the proposed solutions + Preparation of test scripts + Test of implemented changes **Required Skills:** In addition to the common skills for all Strada employees, the specific requirements for this position are: + 4+ years as functional payroll solution SAP consultant. + Motivation and desire for improvement + Commitment to the customer and the company + Work independently and as a part of a team + Perseverance and tenacity to difficulties + Deep knowledge in Hungarian Payroll and legal reporting + ABAP debugging or programing skills are a big plus. + Capacity for analysis and synthesis + Ability to perform the work with quality, conforming to the standards of STRADA + Time management: compliance dates/deadlines + Capacity to identifyrisks + Capacity to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously + Ability to plan and optimize the human and material resources necessary for service delivery + Knowledge of ERP methodology ERP (various ERPs) + Knowledge of ERP/S4HANA/PCC/FIORI utilities + Good knowledge of technical environment of the product + Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll Operations + Advanced level of English and Hungarian language knowledge is required.
