About the Role
Our global SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Information Services Reporting, Workforce Planning and People Analytics team is looking for a techno-functional consultant, based in Kosice, to complement our existing near shore consultants in servicing our EU SAP SuccessFactors customers. Our reporting solutions include embedded SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) technology included as part of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, SAC Planning for Operational and Strategic Planning and our SAP Success Factors Workforce Analytics (WFA) solution. Our consultants understand how HR business processes translate into functional reporting requirements and metrics that are important to HR, as well as the technical nuances associated with HR data complexity and transformation. We don’t just implement the software we are integral to the content creation and outcome-based delivery that allows customers to effectively adopt our software. Our WFA processes extract “Data” from customer’s Human Resource Information System / Enterprise Resource Planning (HRIS / ERP) and transforms it into Workforce “Information” - Management Reports, Planning Forecasts, Benchmarks and a powerful self-service Analytics Platform – this provides our customers HR users with the ability to gain business insights and drive impact in their organizations.
The Information Services consultants are responsible for the (at scale via standardised services) delivery of:
Our end-to-end HR content rich reporting, planning and analytics solutions, including the data (transformation) factory behind our Analytics and Planning products, which includes extraction, staging, building our data warehouse, OLAP cubes and automated publishing of information through our cloud applications
Premium Reporting and Report Story creation across full suite of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with emphasis on key HR topics like flight / retention risk, skills and critical job analysis and planning, aging workforce, compliance and sustainability, talent flow (via internal movements), span of control
Internal and 3rd Party Data Integration into and out of the SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting solutions
The following prior experience will relevant:
Consulting and advisory on Report and Dashboard creation in, Business Intelligence tools on HR topics directly with customers
Relational and Multi-dimensional / OLAP databases (especially MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, SAP Datasphere) database knowledge and experience
Programming languages (especially Javascript, Python)
Data stewardship and data reconciliation (especially pertaining to HRIS)
Mathematics and statistical analysis

What you´ll do:
Deliver knowledge sharing sessions on report stories best practice design in SAC
Demonstrate reporting, planning and analytics best practices and HR content application
Configure and recommend data access and role setup for different personas
Build data models (specifically for Datasphere and SAC)
Work on large implementation projects and small engagements e.g. change requests or topic based advisory
Building reports of varying complexity
Preparation and updating of requirements and specifications
Generating ad hoc SQL queries for data verification purposes
Use relational and multidimensional data sources, queries and measures
Use of APIs and web services – including the SAP SuccessFactors API
Design and implementation of data integrations using CPI our cloud-based middleware platform
