Responsibilities

In addition to the tasks common to all Strada employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the serviceHas knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR and euHReka, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etcPlans the parametrization and define business based on the taking of requirementsMonitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirementsResolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the applicationMonitors HRSP implementation and performs customization required based on legal changesCompletes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirementsProvides training on those areas in which they are specialized for experience and knowledgeDetects potential riskEncourages the education of the people in the teamHas a global view of the application from the functional point of viewHaving a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledgeEnsures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific countryIs a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR and euHRekaAble to take decisions autonomouslyBusiness analysis concerning the area of human resources and payrollPreparation the specifications of the proposed solutionsPreparation of test scriptsTest of implemented changes
