You EVIDENtly Belong with Us if You Have: Basic knowledge of the SAP HR/HCM module — either as a key user with at least two years of experience or as a junior HR/HCM consultant. Overview-level knowledge of SuccessFactors — participation in at least one implementation project as a key user for a minimum of one year. Strong communication skills both within internal teams and toward customers. Willingness to travel to Prague, Vysoké Mýto, or client locations. Flexibility to adapt your workload to customer needs. A desire to learn and grow professionally, both technically and in soft skills. Proficiency in English, both spoken (capable of handling conversations) and written (able to respond to emails, understand SAP documentation, and navigate SAP portals).
