Overview This is IT Functional role that will be responsible for supporting, designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solution for the Frito Lay North America Demand Planning and Demand Sensing within the Forecast To Schedule Process as defined by the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). Provide IT knowledge to enable common global designs, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of PGT solution capabilities. Responsibilities This role has the accountability for the DSO operations and delivery of new enhancements within the Forecast To Schedule (FTS) Global Process and Solution Design. Core Level-3 FTS Processes covered: SAP IBP Demand Planning Promotion & Event Planning Short Term Demand Sensing Publish Demand Plan Accountabilities: As part of IT organization, own and support the end to end process to meet SLAs including but not limited to: SAP IBP DP jobs monitoring and overall IBP system readiness, upstream dependencies conflicts, tickets resolution, daily meets with DP business to align on IT deliverables, engagement with SAP vendor via Incident process, etc.. Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the Demand DSO Team members and business partners Act as advocate of change Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams – example Make To Deploy and Order to Cash Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations Willing to challenge status quo and ask difficult questions to drive for optimum solutions and outcomes Ability to influence and work through others Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences Ability to deliver high quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines Compensation & Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of experience configuring and deploying Supply Chain Planning applications with a focus on SAP Demand Planning (preferred) 2+ year of SAP IBP IT experience is required that involves complex Key Figure configuration, planning area, templates, jobs creation and performance tuning, PLOB purge and cleaup prior SAP APO experience is a plus 2+ years of SAP S4 experience is required, prior SAP ECC experience is a plus Mandatory Tech Skills: IT Expertise in demand planning and demand sensing submodules of SAP IBP across multiple business units and lines of business (Snack, Beverage, Food) Experience in Demand and Supply Planning solution evaluations and application in planning and scheduling processes Familiarity or exposure to demand planning models and understanding and usage of statistical algorithms Understanding of master data needed for demand planning including customer and product hierarchies Familiarity or exposure to business and technical processes of inventory management, supply planning, production planning / scheduling and replenishment planning processes Experience with planning and forecasting for large projects and programs Mandatory Non-Tech Skills: Provide outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers and resolve very difficult and sensitive issues effectively Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization IT leadership experience Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, CHARM, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Control-M and MS Project Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Consulting background a plus Differentiating Competencies: Innovation Drives for Results Change Leadership Communication with leadership Strategy and Planning Collaboration Negotiating Skills Coaching/Facilitation skills EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
