Richard Calaba grows the SAP Business Technology Platform pillar within our broad SAP practice. He leads our SAP Success Factors integrations & extensions efforts, internal products & custom applications development, and SAP S/4 Public Cloud extensions to transform & optimize our clients' business processes. 

 
Job description & summary 

We are looking for an SAP Integration Lead and Architect to work on S/4Hana and SuccessFactors implementation projects and collaborate with multiple teams to integrate the systems. 

Participate in projects focusing on integration in the SAP Business Technology Platform utilizing Cloud Platform Integration (SAP BTP CPI) 

Lead integration workstream and implementation teams 

Architect and design integrations based on communication with all involved stakeholders (business, IT, security, 3rd party vendors etc.) 

Conduct integration related workshops  

Develop integrations and interfaces between different modules of SAP Intelligent Suite (mainly S/4Hana and SuccessFactors) and other third-party solutions 

Prepare technical specifications 

Participate on solution architectures and estimations for proposals 

Participate on creation of standards and analysis to support our clients on their SAP RISE & SAP GROW cloud journey 

Work closely with SAP functional (SuccessFactors, HCM, FI, CO, MM etc.) consultant to deliver most fitting solutions 

Support PMs on complex projects by owning Integrations delivery parts end-to-end 

 
Requirements of the role

At least bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent, master’s degree is preferred 

2 years of previous experience with SAP BTP Integration services (CPI), understanding of SAP PI/PO/XI is a plus 

Systems integration experience is mandatory 

Solid understanding of Integration principles and patterns, technologies and protocols (REST, ODATA, SOAP, XML, JSON, Message queues, Event Hubs, Identity management, SAML, OAUTH) 

Functional knowledge of some of the S/4 HANA processes (FI / SD / MM / Logistics / ...) is a plus 

Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors / SAP HCM systems (data model + processes) is a plus 

Knowledge of application SAP development stack (ABAP, RAP, CAP) is a plus but not a must 

Client-oriented, strong analytical and conceptual thinking 

Can do attitude 

Excellent analytical skills 

Fluent in English, German is an advantage
