Corporate Processes & IT (CPIT) is the internal IT organization for SAP. Our purpose is to CREATE, BUILD, and RUN an intelligent enterprise by providing customer-centric insights and technologies.
As an AI Enablement and Content Strategy Specialist (Intern) within the Generative AI Center of Excellence, you will join a vibrant and forward-thinking team, where you will play a key role in advancing AI awareness and adoption across SAP. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a global audience, curate and manage AI-focused training sessions, and develop compelling content that showcases the latest innovations in AI technology. Immerse yourself in a dynamic environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation, while actively contributing to the evolution of SAP as a future-ready, AI-driven intelligent enterprise.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with AI experts and stakeholders to organize and manage AI training and enablement sessions.
Engage with the AI community through regular and ad-hoc strategic outreach sessions.
Assist in conducting internal and external market research in Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs.
Contribute to defining the roadmap for GenAI capabilities within SAP operations.
Create and publish engaging content, including articles, blogs, and enablement materials that highlight GenAI technologies and business capabilities.
Support the publication of internal and external GenAI blogs, fostering a deeper understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Support the ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and implementation stages of innovative projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and foster collaboration across teams.
What you bring
Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong interest in AI technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content with a preference for candidates who can present relevant projects or coursework demonstrating these competencies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
An understanding of AI technology and its application in a business context is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently with ownership, and as part of a team with a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in community engagement, event management, or content creation is a plus.
Eagerness to learn about the latest advancements in AI technology and their potential applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
