Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Senior IT Project Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering large-scale, multi-phase projects, particularly in Data Governance, Analytics, Integration, and SAP ecosystems. Recognized for executive-level consultation, strategic project delivery, and robust change management skills. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation, business process optimization, and aligning technical initiatives with organizational goals · Manages highly complex, multi-phase projects across all areas of the global organization · Assist in the development of business cases · Identify project stakeholders and their project roles · Collaborate with project sponsors and process owners to establish KPIs and success metrics · Create and own project charters, project plans, operational hand-off plans, and closure reports · Accountable for change management, training and testing plans · Create and maintain effective communication plans to ensure frequent, accurate, and timely stakeholder updates · Responsible for regular updates to Executives, Leadership committees and project stakeholders through status reporting and project reviews · Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget · Take strong ownership of the business outcomes that result from project execution We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
