SAP IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Architecture)

We are seeking a dynamic SAP IT Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex IT infrastructure and architecture projects, particularly within SAP ecosystems. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA, data governance, enterprise integration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will oversee multi-phase, global projects, delivering exceptional business outcomes through effective project leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Manage highly complex, multi-phase projects across all areas of the global organization
· Assist in the development of business cases
· Identify project stakeholders and their project roles
· Collaborate with project sponsors and process owners to establish KPIs and success metrics
· Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerability management and remediation are embedded into project plans.
· Create and own project charters, project plans, operational hand-off plans, and closure reports
· Accountable for change management, training and testing plans
· Create and maintain effective communication plans to ensure frequent, accurate, and timely stakeholder updates
· Responsible for regular updates to Executives, Leadership committees and project stakeholders through status reporting and project reviews
· Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget
· Take strong ownership of the business outcomes that result from project execution
