We are seeking a results-oriented SAP IT Project Manager Operations and Sales to lead transformative projects focused on optimizing global Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Demand & Supply Planning processes and enhancing capabilities through SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. With over 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT initiatives, you will ensure seamless integration of systems and processes to support global supply chain operations and sales objectives. This role will be instrumental in driving business success by delivering strategic, high-impact SAP projects.
· Manage end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase IT projects focusing on global supply chain operations and sales functions.

· Collaborate with global supply chain operations and sales teams to define project objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, charters, plans, and closure reports.

· Drive SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations for global supply chain operations and sales workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

· Have awareness of the optimization of processes related to order management, inventory, sourcing, demand and supply planning sales performance, and customer engagement. Lead change management efforts, including training plans, user adoption strategies, and testing protocols for operational and sales teams.

· Communicate project updates to executives and stakeholders, providing actionable insights through detailed reports and reviews.

· Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while achieving defined business outcomes.

· Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution.
