What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Communications & Events Specialist
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Expected start date to end date: February 2025 – September 2025 (flexible)
Duration of Internship: 8 months
Serve as the main internal communications support for the Customer Innovation Services team in Americas, aligning with the global comms strategy and teammates in Europe and India. Create compelling and engaging content across a multi-channel environment. Create and manage events (in-person, virtual and hybrid) Take part in planning, promoting, and executing on national events as needed. Support in running annual marquee events (e.g. all-hands meetings, executive visits, holiday party, summer party) including marketing materials, meeting content, coordination, and speaker preparation. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, and execute end-to-end Define project scope and objectives, determine a work plan for team members to support events as needed, track event performance periodically and identify areas for improvement Create compelling and effective graphic designs and marketing collateral, including digital signage, SharePoint landing pages, e-mail banners, newsletters and event branding Channel your inner journalist to share great stories from Customer Innovation Services in Americas and at times, externally. Turn great event recaps into social media shareables. Provide logistics support for CIS Americas team as necessary: liaising with event suppliers, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and coordinating meeting logistics, etc. Communicate and collaborate with internal partners (e.g. IT, Facilities, Security) as well as external SAP vendors such as caterers and event companies. Other communication/administration duties/projects as assigned.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 40.00 CAD.
