What you’ll do:

 

Position title:  SAP iXp Intern – Communications & Operations

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Time schedule: 40/30/20 hours per week

Expected start date to end date: 15.12.2024 – 14.06.2025

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

Develop written communication materials including, but not limited to, blog posts, interviews, social media posts, presentations, etc. Assist with maintaining the corporate internal communications channels and newsletters Support the creation of social media content posts across multiple channels with guidance from team members Monitor relevant media and social media Monitor and research industry trends, competitors, etc., as needed. Assist with the organization, coordination and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external company events Support day-to-day operations across the Administration & Operations team Who you are:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

Team player attitude, good communication and networking skills Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Fluency in oral and written English and Bulgarian Strong written and verbal communication Very good time management and organization skills Proactivity, flexibility and self-organization are highly valued Design skills are a plus University student enrolled in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
