About the team
The position will be part of the Compliance DSA Team and will report to a Compliance Manager based in Buenos Aires.
Compliance DSA Team is part of Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Department.
OEC is responsible for various SAP compliance initiatives, including oversight and support of the SAP Code of Business Conduct, employee compliance training and communications, and the global governance document framework. We also monitor and enforce compliance. Our primary focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws and competition law compliance (in tandem with field legal).
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Compliance Team
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Duration: At least 6 months availability
In this role, you’ll:
Gather information to validate SAP partners legitimacy, commitment to compliance Gather and analyze potential red flags tied to doing business with potential sales’ partners Analyze SAP system and third-party data to identify potential red flags of doing business with specific partners Escalate red flags for mitigation and approval or rejection, as deemed appropriate Track and report productivity statistics to OEC management and supported market units on a periodic basis

Must be a regular university student Full proficiency with English is required; secondary language skills will be given preference Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation Ability to work independently and to do in-depth research and to interpret written guidelines and documents Proactive, autonomous, dynamic and results driven individual Strong grasp of code of conduct, business ethics policies and current compliance practices Demonstrated ability to work with international, virtual teams with sensitivity to cultural differences Very good collaboration skills Full proficiency with Microsoft office tools and an IT business environment
