About the team:

 

We are looking for a curious person that wants to learn & support Delivery and Engagement Operations in Cloud Application Services Americas team.

SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) provides a wide range of services for managing business process and application logic, data layers, application security, software releases, performance, integrations and adoption acelerator through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged across the customer lifecycle to understand customer’s needs, helping to define and scoping elements and outcomes aiming a delivery of service excellence.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Delivery & Engagement Operations in Cloud Application Services Americas

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

Support the Application Service Management Team and CAS Engagements; Support operations of our CAS Managed Services; (AMS Concept) Use analytical skills to provide inputs and recommendations to improve the operation. Have the opportunity to learn about complex landscapes in real scenarios Interaction with Global Teams and SAP RISE Customers Upskill in Analytics and continuous improvement for real cases Gain experience in ITIL processes and Delivery Operations Possibility to learn about SAP Solutions contracted by our Customers

 

 

Who you are:

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:

 

Current studying Product Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent Excellent communication skills Strong in teamwork and ability to learn and adapt quickly Takes initiative Fluent in English Spanish is desirable Energetic and goal oriented ITIL principles (ITIL/ITSM/AMS) is a plus Excel, PowerBI, DAX, PowerQuery is a plus Agile Methods is a plus Lean Services is a plus
