PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Our mission is to design, develop, deliver, and operate state-of-the-art cloud services that enable customers to monitor and manage their SAP business applications in a cloud-based environment (public, hybrid and private).

Edge Lifecycle Management is an orchestration solution that enables customers to register Edge computing sites in their cloud tenant and let them run selected containerized Edge applications.

 

The internship role will focus on supporting the team in the development and implementation of the next generation of services for lifecycle management of cloud-based SAP business applications and services. This will involve actively participating in the stages of software services development, from design to deployment, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts at personal, team, and service levels.

 

 

In this role you will:

· Participate in all stages of software services development and operations

· Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

· Assist in troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis

· Collaborate to promote high code quality through testing and code reviews

· Learn about the importance of security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle

· Research and determine efficient problem-solving approaches or technologies

 

Who you are:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field

· Strong interest in cloud-native design and development, and cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes

· Knowledge of Java and/or Go programming language is a plus

· Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker/containers, and various Cloud services is desirable

· Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

· Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment

· Self-motivated and passionate about technology

· Good verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English

 

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud-native design and development, working with cutting-edge technologies, and contributing to a high-profile strategic project. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office attendance 3 times a week)

Schedule: 20/30/40 hours a week

Contract duration: 6 months

Start date: December-January
