Meet your team
We are part of the Cloud & Lifecycle Management organization – we make the automation of delivering the whole portfolio of SAP Software to our customers, also we automate the process on update/upgrade and decommission of our software. We work with the latest technologies and we have solutions both in Cloud and On-Premise.
Our mission is to design, develop, deliver, operate and document state-of-the-art cloud services that enable customers to monitor and manage their SAP business applications in a cloud-based environment (public, hybrid and private).
We are looking for Information Developer Intern to join our team and work on the development of technical content according to standards and guidelines, write and review blogs and articles, prepare tools’ tutorials and video demonstrations. You will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced information developers and learn how to present information in the most appealing and understandable way.
Your will be part of collaborative, positive and diverse working environment, consisting of young talents as well as established professionals.
What you will do
· Take part in several information development specific trainings that will help you on-board and learn about the information development basics.
· Become a part of team of highly-skilled user assistance developers and you are going to work on real-life tasks – like creating educational videos, blogs, help pages, infographics and more.
· Learn and work with the latest high-end technologies in the user assistance field.
· Learn how to work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia and many more.
What you bring
· You are studying a degree in Linguistics or Computer Science, with an excellent English, is also an option
· Fluency in written and verbal English
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Willingness to learn new standards and guidelines for writing technical documentation.
· Creative thinking
· Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
· Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Very good organizational skills
