Our team is dedicated to developing strategies and programs for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to drive our partner ecosystem towards a cloud mindset and innovative approach. To successfully execute our corporate strategy of helping our customers become intelligent enterprises, our partners must transition from an on-premises to a cloud business mindset. This transformation requires substantial support from SAP.
To support this, SAP collaborates closely with its ecosystem of partners through various strategic initiatives:
Tools and Resources: SAP provides a range of tools and resources, including best practice guides, business models, and case studies, to assist partners in understanding and leveraging cloud advantages. Financial Incentives and Support: Through programs like the Business Development Fund (BDF), SAP provides financial incentives to partners, supporting their investments in cloud transformation and business development activities. Technical and Advisory Support: Ongoing technical and advisory support ensures partners can resolve technical challenges and optimize their cloud implementations, maintaining high service quality for their clients. Strategic Alliances: SAP builds strategic partnerships with technology and business partners, fostering an integrated ecosystem that streamlines cloud adoption and offers comprehensive solutions to clients. Events and Networking: SAP organizes events, webinars, and networking sessions to facilitate experience sharing, collaborative learning, and exploration of new business opportunities among partners. Training and Capacity Building: SAP offers specialized training programs, workshops, and bootcamps to equip partners with the necessary skills to implement and manage cloud solutions effectively. In this role, you’ll
Be part of the LAC Partner Innovation Success – Partner Cloud Success team will help plan, execute, and monitor the LAC strategy, primarily focusing on the transformation to a cloud mindset. Your responsibilities will include:
Support Latin America Head of Partner Cloud Success: Assist in the execution of strategic plans aimed at transforming the partner ecosystem to a cloud and innovative mindset. This involves coordinating various initiatives, workshops, and programs designed to equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge, emphasizing the Customer Value Journey and Cloud Economics principles.
Data Analysis and Executive Presentations: Create and maintain related Data Analysis and Executive Dashboards, providing analytics and insights reports to support decision-making processes.
SAP Internal and Partner-External Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal SAP teams across multiple areas and with partners throughout Latin America. Effective communication and collaboration will be key to ensuring alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Digital Content Consumption: Facilitate the consumption of all SAP digital content available, utilizing new tools and resources, and adopting new initiatives to push SAP partners self-sufficiency and autonomy, aligned towards the Customer Value Journey.

Courses of study: Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Creativity and Structure Be creative while maintaining a well-structured approach (advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel) Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with multiple areas Results-Driven: Ability to build and deliver effective results Multi-Project Management: Participation in multiple projects simultaneously Communication: Assertive and objective communication Languages: Preferably native Brazilian Portuguese with intermediate/advanced level for English and Spanish ** Required English Level: B1/B2 Intermediate / Upper Intermediate, mandatory prerequisite please provide Cambridge, TOEFL or equivalent test results.
