PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). Local HR Services Intern cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. Services in scope are delivered onsite or remotely. This position is based in Prague as part of the HR Shared Service Center Europe.

 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Help to organize Day 1 for new employees

Administrate personal file of employees

Solve HR related questions of employees

Support administrative tasks like print documents, scan documents, collect signatures / documents from employees, help with archiving of documents

Liaise with HR colleagues inside and outside of the team

 

WHO YOU ARE

Fluent in Czech and English

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good MS Office skills

Ability to work with confidential information

Well-organized and detail oriented

Customer oriented

Self-motivation & self-starter

Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in administration is an advantage
