About the team
Marketing Execution Drives sales/marketing reference support activities across the customer lifecycle, product portfolio, segment, and channel.
Responsibilities may include:
-Orchestrate scaled execution and innovation in defined areas of excellence (currently Customer Conversation Calls, Roundtables at Events, 1:1 calls for big deals and Speakers Recruitment) to power a consistent and seamless customer experience and to increase business outcomes, efficiency and velocity.
-Execute on Reference and Advocacy program to help accelerate new buyers decisions to purchase SAP products accelerating pipeline and adoption.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
-Provide customer reference support to the field and Marketing teams–Serve as trusted advisor by providing timely references to accelerate pipeline, and maximize positive exposure of SAP customer successes.
-Orchestrate and coordinate customer reference recruitment pipeline. Identify and document customer references to support sales requirements. Build reference customer relationships to leverage those relationships to deliver quality sales support -Ensure a high level of field engagement by developing relationships with SAP Sales teams and Field Marketing colleagues.
-Leverage scalable reference processes (such as Customer Conversation Calls, Customer Connect Centers (roundtables), Recruiting customers holistically including Speaking opportunities to broaden use of our best references
-Track activities completed by our customers in our CRP database.
-Nominate great customer stories for marketing asset creation, for media and analyst relations activities, SAP Innovation Awards, other key amplification programs; Facilitate as necessary in local language.
-Use the Customer Reference Platform (CRP) to document high-quality customer reference data,
-Understand and prioritize were reference support can be offered based on different tactics
-Collaborate with reference team colleagues globally and participate in global reference projects for continuous development and standardization of best practices.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
-Experience & Language Requirements: English (fluent)
-Studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Bachelor degree or equivalent are very recommendable
