What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Marketplace Governance Manager (Content & Digital Experience)
Location: Newtown Square, Pennsylvannia / Hybrid
Expected start date: March 2025 (12 month contract, 40 hours/week)
As a Marketplace Governance Manager, you will support, enable, operationalize, troubleshoot, test, and improve the product publishing functions for the e-commerce business at SAP, which consists of several content review cycles within several platforms between business stakeholders, partners, and the portfolio’s Category Manager and Copywriter who review and enhance content against a set of content guidelines before publishing.
You will support all related projects and activities aimed at ensuring accurate and timely product publication. You will understand and strive for compelling user experiences and will work with category managers and other stakeholders from various time zones responsible for different aspects of the products' presence on the digital store and ensure commercial availability.
You are comfortable learning and using complex systems and environments to become a power user and understand that everything we do is for the customer.
· Make changes to product configurations based on business needs.
· Perform end-to-end testing on products before they become available for sale.
· Report issues found to the IT organization.
· Create new processes and improve existing ones to gain operational efficiency.
· Work with internal experts to create dashboards aimed at monitoring operational efficiency and other key metrics for the team.
· Train and optimize robotics process automation to reduce manual work.
· Lead projects from conception to delivery and experience, leveraging internal resources to get things done.
· Enable ISV partners to create best-in-class product pages that help to sell their solutions in SAP’s e-commerce web property.
· Deliver second-level support to partners regarding content marketing and publishing-related questions.
· Advise SAP Partners on our content best practices and strategies to optimize content for search engines (SEO).
· Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the partner engagement and onboarding process with a high-quality partner experience and partner-centric mindset.
· Develop enablement material for SAP partners to leverage SAP Store to its fullest extent.
· Monitor content success metrics and analytics and track and measure results, gather insights, and optimize content for conversion.
· Work closely with key stakeholders, including Partner Ecosystem success programs, product marketing, partner managers, and ISVs, to address the content needs of specific personas across all stages of the customer journey.
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
Experience working as a systems analyst, systems engineer, or consulting experience in a top firm or process optimization roles, ideally for a high-tech company.
Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platforms, CRM technology, order-to-cash processes, middleware, and fulfillment processes.
· Familiarity with web publishing on content management systems.
· Experience with data and analytics with ability to capture and document requirements, work with stakeholders to develop dashboards to track business metrics.
· Strong content marketing skills with knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
· Good understanding of e-commerce platforms with a high aptitude to quickly learn about complex systems, their respective roles in a given landscape, and how they integrate with each other.
· A quick learner with the ability to learn to utilize our content publishing platforms, understand processes and the SAP solution portfolio.
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical, communication, and organization skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work well under pressure, find workarounds, and think outside the box to deliver results.
· Comfortable on the phone as you’ll be speaking directly with SAP partners and internal stakeholders.
· A self-starter with energy, drive, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work effectively in a global environment, across time zones, and in virtual teams.
· Coding skills are welcome.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
