About the team:
The SAP Mission Control Center is a Global organization responsible for delivering a wide range of support offerings as a back-office organization at SAP. It acts to quickly address critical situations and emergencies and delivers preventive support engagements with a continuous improvement approach as part of the support portfolio.
Working in the Regional SAP Mission Control Center (MCC) Latin America & Caribbean (LAC), the intern will work within the MCC team in São Leopoldo, connected to other main locations such as São Paulo, Mexico City and other locations in the Latin America region, as well as interacting with the MCC global community.

In this role, you’ll:
The Mission Control Center Intern will support the following:
Foster innovation and creativity, proposing innovative solutions based on the SAP solution portfolio for the regional MCC teams, focus on delivery excellence and bring creativity into operations. Collaborate, develop, and run ideas and lead internal projects that aim to improve daily operations. Assist in handling all administrational aspects of the MCC's Operations, such as participating in focus Lead alignment calls, updating invitations, send out post-session reports. Perform data analysis, based on the above extractions. Aid (Knowledge Transfer), review data quality, and assist with transparency to the MCC 'customers' (Focus team leads and members) on MCC-related CRM tasks, like case maintenance, Top Issues, … Collaborate with Global / Regional MCCs team members. Support the location maintenance & technical equipment readiness of the MCC room, incl. how to operate the wall monitors and the dashboards shown on them. Provide all kinds of administrational help to the MCC, like keeping meeting minutes, organizing meetings and operational procedures like case maintenance and KPIS
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Currently studying Computer Sciences, Business Administration or Information Systems (2nd to 6th semester) An expert in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) is required. Advanced communications skills to articulate ideas with clarity, purpose, and efficiency to maximize their impact on their audience. Video production and digital communication skills are a strong plus. Basic concepts of IT industry and exposure to customer-facing roles (general customer services roles, support, consulting, and/or project management) Advanced English speaking and writing capabilities are a must. Basic Spanish-speaking capabilities are a plus. Teamwork is key, as is the ability to stay connected in a hybrid work model—locally in São Leopoldo and virtually with the colleagues in the MCC satellites. Enthusiasm to learn technical SAP solutions aspects and SAP Services & Support portfolio. Problem solver profile: self-motivated, hands-on, practical, reliable, accountable Self-driven and result focus, ability to learn and execute and organize many tasks with prioritization and good time-management. Programing and database management skills are very good plus.
