Responsibilities:
Assist in the staffing and capacity planning of Onboarding Advisors to ensure smooth execution of onboarding services. Support the creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track team performance and operational success. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Contribute to operational enhancements by optimizing workflows, documentation, and reporting frameworks. Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regions.What you bring:

Operational mindset: Ability to organize, optimize, and improve internal processes. Problem-solving & analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data and propose meaningful insights. Project & time management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Meet your team:
