What you’ll do

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Order Management Administrator

Location: Buenos Aires, Munro, Vicente Lopez

Expected start date: December 2024 or January 2025

Duration: 6 months up to 18 months

Work set-up: Hybrid

 

In this role,

 

As an Intern you will be part of Order to Invoice department, which is customer focused. The job’s tasks involve supporting the team’s daily operations so your key responsibilities will include:

 

Checking contracts Collecting costumers’ purchase orders Booking simple deals in the system Communicating with stakeholders Assisting multiple processes from the area.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

 

Must be a current university student Open to different fields of study (preferably Finance, Administration, or other related careers) Willingness to work with the standardized finance processes Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Written and spoken advanced English is required Attention to details Capable of welcoming changes and participating on SAP’s finance transformation journey Able to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach Team player that shares responsibilities and tasks
