About the team:

 

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Office (PMO) Intern to help SAP CF SPO achieve its next phase of excellence and scale.   As part of the Centre of Excellence & Scale team, you’ll contribute to delivering and scaling project excellence across the most strategically important projects in the Finance and People & Culture Board area.

 As a student intern, you will play a key part in supporting Senior Project Managers throughout the project Lifecyle.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support SAP’s strategic goals while building valuable skills and experience in project management and developing business acumen through exposure to all levels of seniority within the business.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Project Management Office (PMO)

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

 

In this role, you’ll:

 

Under guidance of Senior Project Managers, you will assist in administration and maintenance of project processes and documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other related project plans (Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Plans, Requirement Plans etc). Schedule & participate in project meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Help track project progress, issues, and risks, and escalate as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are on track. Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving. Support the PMO team in continuous process improvement initiatives and best practice implementation. Learn and utilize project management tools and methodologies under the guidance of experienced project managers. Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the SPO team.

University student of an academic program (Bachelor's) A can-do attitude with a strong focus on detail, positivity, and self-motivation. High Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Teams) Advanced/Fluent English is required Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and self-driven working style. Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones. Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and adjust to varying time zones as needed.
