About the team:
Our Product Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP SuccessFactors team who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP SuccessFactors Products.
What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - SuccessFactors Cloud Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
What you’ll do:
Analyze and resolve reported incidents by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parameters Root Cause Analysis of reported incidents Create knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, moderate forums, etc. Participation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance Report errors to Development Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.

You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Good written and verbal communication skills; Good presentation skills; Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months); Proficiency with PCs and desktop softwareKnowledge with Business Processes would be a benefit; Bias for action and initiative; Problem solving/analytical skills; Systematical, communicative and creative focus; Flexible approach working in teams as well as environment; Advanced English, Spanish is an advantage.
