What you’ll do
Position title: SAP Labs iXp Intern - User Assistance Developer (Technical Writer)
Location: Brno
Expected start date: February/March 2025
Daily Tasks:
Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and people-centricity. Reviewing and editing content created by the development team. Writing documentation that consultants use to understand, implement, and run the software. Providing additional kinds of information, such as short videos or blog posts, as required.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
University student enrolled in languages, IT, business, communication, or humanities (from the 2nd semester or to graduate in approximately 24 months). Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable and clear manner. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your time on different assignments. Ability to work with diverse teams.

The Globalization User Assistance team is a truly global team with colleagues located all over the world. You will be able to work and interact with colleagues from China, India, Germany, Brazil, Bulgaria, and other countries. We also have very diverse backgrounds ranging from Languages, Law, and International Relations to Archeology.
Our team really values this diversity and makes the best use of it to deliver high-quality content to our customers around the globe. We're also exploring the use of AI to enhance the content we deliver and improve the way we perform our daily tasks.
