Job Description

Is responsible for:

Analyzing SAP Users in SAP (mainly S/4HANA on-premise) systems / sometimes via SAP4MeCategorize them along authorization objectsConsult Robert Bosch entities and SAP projects along a user access rightsConsolidate and cluster SAP users across on-premise and Cloud systemsDocumentation and collecting data for Bosch internal chargingConsult and create directives and regulations related to user managementCreate monthly system measurements for SAP - License chargingAnalyzing charged SAP license price and making retro calculationDocument charged prices/user volumes in a dashboard

Qualifications

Necessary skills:

Experience in SAP license managementBasic knowledge of SAP systemVery good Excel know-howTechnical affinity and understandingInterest and motivation to learn new thingsGood English in writing and orally.
