Job Responsibilities:

Act as the focal point for data migration activities related to assigned data objects during deployment waves. Collaborate with Business Data Owners (BDOs), deployment Functional Experts, and offshore SI teams (Accenture/Infosys) to ensure smooth execution of data migration tasks. Drive migration activities for the deployment project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Verify the effectiveness of data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects. Execute or support in executing OQT/DVR scripts and take ownership of the process. Coordinate defect resolution for data objects under their responsibility, including design defects resolution or escalation. Work closely with Business Data Migration Experts (BDMEs) to prepare value mappings for data migration. Maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders effectively. Demonstrate a proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and perform under pressure. Utilize strong Excel skills for tracking progress, managing issues, and reporting. Possess knowledge of SAP MM functional area and data migration processes. Have at least 7 years of experience in country and global roles, preferably with ERP project implementation experience. Fluent in English, additional languages preferred.
