SAP Next Talent Rotational Program will launch your career by diving into the vast, innovative world of SAP. The 12-month program allows you to explore different technologies, develop new skills and connections, and make an impact by contributing as a full-time employee making SAP a sustainable, intelligent enterprise. Here’s how:
Join a cohort of other curious, passionate, and driven individuals Get exposed to a vast array of teams during each 6-month rotation - where you will experience different technology stacks, products, and industries while refining your knowledge and understanding of the business Receive impactful projects, tailored learning, robust mentorship, and networking opportunities.
With this program, you will be better equipped to find which teams within SAP best align with your passions and career goals. Before completion of the program, you will be considered for placement within the company long-term, either in a team you rotate into or a similar team.
SAP Next Talent Program is currently unable to support the costs associated with the administration of foreign work permit.
This accelerator program is for recent graduates with strong curiosity and applicable experience in Software Development or Support Engineering.

Required Qualifications:
Education or relevant practical experience in Software Development/Engineering, IT technologies (Bachelors, Masters and Bootcamps welcome to apply) Must graduate no later than 2025 Maximum 2 years of working experience Fluent in English; written and verbal communication skills Ability to work from Budapest
Role-Specific Qualifications:
Developers: knowledge in general programming languages: C/C++, C#, R, Java, JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, HTML, Spring Boot, APIs, or Go and hands-on experience in designing, testing, and implementing solutions. Support Engineering: good understanding of IT technologies and technical interest in general. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and work in technical teams efficiently. Hands-on experience with scripting languages is a plus.
