SAP NS2 is seeking a Business Support Intern to be involved in the following areas:
• Primarily in the planning, coordination and management of resources (people, process, etc).
• Responsibility for the achievement of process deliverables.
• Enforcing efficiency and continuous improvement of business processes.
Core tasks include:
• Responsible for the allocation of employee resources.
• Ensures resources of suitable skills and caliber are available for tasks and activities as required.
• Facilitates the education, planning, skills' enhancement, costing etc. associated with resources.
• Supporting the operating business.
• Set up processes how to capture knowledge and share/reuse it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support of Internal Projects / Activities in areas like Communications: Newsletters, Email updates, SAP NS2 Corporate Portal Program Analytic and/or administrative support.
• Analytics/Reporting/Metrics
• NS2 & SAP CRM, Webi & SAC Maintenance
• Forecasting
• Pipeline Cleansing & Hygiene
• Internal Systems Management
• Provisioning, Master Data
• Distribution List Quality Assurance for Key DLs
• CRM & Analytics System Enhancements Enablement
• Enablement
• Sales Enablement, Training & Documentation
• Special Projects/Project Management
• Change Management within Sales Process Changes
Education Requirements:
• Must be working towards obtaining a degree or a recent graduate

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
