SAP NS2 S/4 HANA Supply Chain Principal Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic S/4 Hana Supply Chain Principal Consultant to join our team. This role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain solutions using SAP technologies. You will work closely with clients to address complex challenges, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to analyze their supply chain processes, identify gaps, and recommend SAP-based solutions. Design and deliver comprehensive supply chain strategies leveraging SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA (focusing on Production Planning (PP) and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Plan to Deliver/Logistics Execution and Planning (P2D), Plan to Stock (P2S), SAP Ariba, PEO, and SAP EWM for warehouse management, SAP IBP (including Demand Planning, Inventory, and Advanced Available to Promise (aATP), and other SCM skillsets. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and adherence to project timelines. Provide technical and functional expertise to guide decision-making and problem-solving during project lifecycles. Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on supply chain matters. Stay updated on industry trends, SAP advancements, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Travel is based on client / projects and could range anywhere from 10-30%
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years focused on SAP solutions. Expertise in SAP modules such as SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or SAP EWM. Proven track record of leading complex supply chain transformation projects. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Eligibility for a U.S. security clearance is required; active clearance is a plus. Must be able to travel as needed per the project / clientPreferred Qualifications:
Department of Defense industry experience is strongly preferred Knowledge of "Defense and Security" Industry Focus is a plus SAP certifications in relevant modules. Experience working with clients in the national security or defense sectors. Proficiency in Agile and other project management methodologies. Knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies such as AI, ML, and IoT.Note: The job description is meant to be a guideline. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 171300 - 291200(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
