For our end customers in the Berlin area we are looking for an SAP One Scrum Master.
Your main task is to help the individuals to adopt the right mindset and behaviours, the teams to embrace
continuous improvement and the organisation.
After 3 years of effort the go live happened in January 9 2023. We are ready to use this fertile ground to support the transition toward the new product operating model and build the way of delivering our services aiming the customer satisfaction. We are looking for support to help us doing it in the most agile way as it make sense in this context (being-doing).
Tasks:
* Soft skills over hard skills
* Facilitate over solving
* Adapt to the need over doing by the book
* Working team over working product
* Integrate the Agile Chapter:
- Main mission: integrate two teams and enables their culture.
- Two days a month equivalent: support the Agile Chapter events (scrum events, agile clinic, strategy brainstorm, community of practice, off sites, etc.).
* Punctually: help the coaches on workshop/training co-facilitation.
Requirements:
* Experience in SAP
* Focused attitude
* Able to provide a positive and constructive feedback for improvement
* Ability to work fully independently & plan Scrum activities without supervision
* Proven work experience as Scrum Master
o at least has been part of 2-3 different teams as a Scrum Master
o in a different context than IT: plus
o for more than one company: big plus
* Able to train Scrum, Kanban, agile and others techniques
* Mastery of several Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to be flexible
depending on the team needs
* Strong interest in innovation and eager to experiment new techniques
* Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and related methods and tools (nice to have)
* Knowledge of UX design/development frameworks (nice to have)
* Any of those languages is a plus: German, French and Dutch.

* Duration: 8 months (+ option to extend)
