As an Office Operations Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in keeping our team running smoothly Support internal office operations: Assist with scheduling, tracking internal projects, work with related stakeholders and organizing staff meetings Organizational Tasks: Help with record-keeping and file organization and management for the entire organization Event Coordination: Support in organizing team events and meetings, from planning to execution
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude Language requirements: German and English fluent Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and with a team Prior office experience is a plus, but not required
