SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Specialist

Position Summary: The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Specialist delivers support services and supports business initiatives for all aspects of SAP S/4HANA on SAP PM Modules. This position shares industry specific processes and functional knowledge and uses best practices to develop technical solution designs for the SAP PM initiatives. The SAP PM Functional Lead is the liaison between the company, CONA, Sap Solutions provider, Bottlers to provide technical solutions. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Ensure the systems and processes accomplish the specified objectives and requirements of the Plant Maintenance team and related teams Serve as a liaison between users, Bottlers, and IT resources to manage and deliver new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, day-to-day problem analysis, and resolution of issues Understand, analyze and address identified break-fixes Support Maintenance, Work Management, Planning and Scheduling activities in SAP and Integrated applications Support and participate in Operational initiatives, i.e., security input and testing, archiving input and testing, partnership and validations of upgrades, etc. Lead and execute various implementations from small independent improvements to workstream teams for large projects Lead and execute initiatives. i.e., the development of new system functionality, processes, upgrades, and other improvements, etc. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, key business partners and stakeholders to ensure commitment and successful adoption of initiatives Identify and integrate solutions into best practices to improve efficiency and increase effectiveness Analyze data with SAP and MS Office applications to enable fact-based decisions Develop training content and deliver classroom style, one on one and virtual training Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree, 3 plus years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Maintenance Management, i.e., Plant Maintenance, Material Management, and Procurement modules or HS Diploma/GED and 6 plus years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Maintenance Management, i.e., Plant Maintenance, Material Management, and Procurement modules Experience in asset management utilizing SAP ECC/S4Hana, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation and facilitation skills, in person and virtually Experience developing training content Process improvement mindset Extensive knowledge of PM information systems Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, word, etc. Travel up 50% This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification Translate Functional knowledge of using Mobile solutions to operate efficiently (work orders) and maximize inventory usage (BOM) Data migration cockpit in S4HANA experience Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience - Project Preparation through Go-Live and Hyper care Full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations experience Extensive SAP PM Configuration experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
